Media Fusion, LLC is considering purchasing a license to technology that will help further its goal to design, test and implement a world-class powerline communications solution (also known as broadband over powerline and Hybrid PLC™.)  This technology will be provided to the company initially in an OEM arrangement with monetary requirements deferred until 2007.

Dallas, Texas.  November 14, 2006. Media Fusion, LLC begins a licensing review for Smart Electricity™ with principals.  This review should be completed by 2^nd quarter 2007 but may extend to 3^rd quarter 2008.  If allowed, Media Fusion, LLC intends to utilize the Smart Energy™ approval seal with its initial PLC/BPL or HybridPLC™ efforts.

Dallas, Texas.  November 14, 2006.  Media Fusion, LLC begins contract negotiation with 95 Public Relations in Salem, Illinois. Contract to state deferred costs until Q1 2007.

Dallas, Texas.  November 21, 2006.  Media Fusion, LLC and South Korean Interests are considering potential next steps related to Joint Development Efforts.  News expected to be announced later this month.

Dallas, Texas.  December 15, 2006.  Preliminary settlement agreement signed by the honorable Judge Ann Ashby, presiding Judge, 134^th District Court, Dallas, Texas.  All Parties have reached a compromised settlement agreement that has been filed with the court.  Further comments sought by the 134^th District Court, Dallas, Texas on February 5^th, 2007.  Interested parties should contact the clerk at the 134^th District Court, Dallas, Texas.
